It was two years ago today Camden Resident Tim Spies made his announcement to run for City Council. As many will recall, the Mayor made statements in which some called out right lies during his run and the Daily Times actually allowed the remarks to be printed without checking the validity of her remarks. Life in Salisbury would have been so much better if Tim were on the Council instead of Gary Comegys. I can't wait to see the comments on this Post.

To think we could have had this honest, intelligent, decorated war veteran who has served this community well instead of Bubba.
Yes, how different things would have been if they hadn't lied and smeared their way to defeat Tim Spies.
Let's hope the students especially get a clue about just how much they wronged this man and themselves at the request of the exploitive landlords.

Why we would want someone with way greater than half a brain, this MENSA member on our council is beyond me. I think he should be Mayor!
