Unwrap the Magic Of Broadway In Salisbury

(Salisbury, MD) The inaugural Broadway in Salisbury season will continue into the New Year, bringing four official Broadway road show productions to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center. The remaining productions include the Great White Way Tony-winning productions Oliver, Movin’ Out, Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy and Lord of the Dance.

Just in time for the holidays, and for a limited time only, individual tickets for Broadway in Salisbury shows will be on sale to the public Monday, November 24 at 10am. This special holiday on-sale will end on Friday, December 21.

Hailed the world over as one of the best-loved family musicals of all time, Oliver will bring to the stage some of Charles Dicken’s most unforgettable characters along with one of Broadway’s most memorable scores on February 18 at 7:30pm. The five-time Grammy winner Billy Joel and legendary director/choreographer Twyla Tharp joined forces to create the new spectacular Movin’ Out, which will hit the WY&CC stage on March 25 at 7:30pm.

The Broadway in Salisbury season will continue on April 17 at 8:00pm with Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy. This jungle dream is brought to life with an international cast of graceful aerialists, spine bending contortionists, vine swinging characters, strong men and balancers. The International sensation Lord of the Dance will bring the Broadway in Salisbury season to its culmination on April 29 at 7:30pm as audience members experience the extravaganza that has helped catapult Irish dancing into the global spotlight and created a new wave of Celtic dance mania.
