ZERO CRIME FOR 7 DAYS IN SALISBURY!

Ladies & gentlemen, according to the Salisbury Police department, there has been absolutely NO CRIME in the City of Salisbury for the past 7 days.

Now, I have a Bridge in New York and some swamp land in Florida I'd like to sell you, cheap!

Let me see now, I covered a BUST in front of the Chipman Center LAST WEEK, yet no Press Release. We must be close to being rated again in those top 10 most dangerous city's in America this month.

If you have ever been to the South-West/Pacific NorthWest/Europe/Canada, you can imagine how discouraging it is to live within commuting distance of Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, Newark/Camden, N.J., Salisbury, Bowie/PG County, NYC and Wilmington. Quite frankly, I would feel just as safe in Fallujah-at least I could strap on a smokewagon legally....

Are you serious? If it weren't for Joe you'd think Rt. 50 is the yellow brick road.

until Batman shows up we have to settle for Joe busting everyones butt.
Joe: you should get a spot light for your roof. haha

I know for a fact that there has been some crime. There was an armed robbery at The Greens at Schumaker Pond last week. Residents were robbed at gunpoint.

WOW! No crime for 7 days in Salisbury? Maybe I should move there...Wait..I already live in Salisbury. My mistake...thought it was Green Acres or someplace. I'm just glad that I have this site saved in my fav web sites so I can REALLY see what is going on!

Maybe the hookers started dressing up and the cops could not find the sloppily dressed skanks featured on this website last month.

I don't need their reports. We have reality crime TV, right in front of us daily.

Last Saturday night I reported 3 gunshots on the next street over behind my house. I heard the first two shots and stepped out back when I heard the third shot and saw someone running away. I had a pistol in one hand and the phone in the other.

It's on the SPD web site 10/18, firearm report on Patterson and East Vine. I was in my backyard and the police did get there within 2 minutes because I didn't call 911 I called SPD direct, however even 2 minutes was too late to catch anyone. They listed it as case "Cleared."

There were 2 other firearm reports on that same list in other areas that same night.

I know of 2 shootings and 1 stabbing over the weekend.

AND THEY SHOULD TAKE TIME TO STOP INVESTIGATIONS AND HANDLING CALLS TO DO INFO RELEASES WHY?

My point was that SPD responded as fast as I could ever expect, but sometimes even 2 minutes is too late. Everyone that lives here needs to read what Ed Lasley laid out for the students, try to stay in well lit areas, travel in groups, be aware of your surroundings.

It made good sense for Ed to do that, why not inform the rest of the citizens?
