Did we ever find out why almost every case listed in Court Briefs is nol pros, no matter how serious the offense? The vast majority of the rest are stet or PBJ. Does our county prosecute anybody?

From what I have witnessed a bunch of police officers, deputies, and troopers fail to appear and without them the states nolle pros cases. Stet is often done with lazy states attorneys not wanting to deal with a trail, and the PBJ is for first offenses but often times it is given out to people with numerous prior convictions with our judges for some reason or another feeling they deserve probation. I have seen people on probation get probation again.

Joe...the hockey team is BAAAAD news. I think President JDE ought to shut that club down. Or make them forfeit the rest of this year. Some of these guys have been in so much trouble before, it's unbelievable. The athletics dept should be billed for the police and court time. I hope these kids go to jail for a LONG time...they are not nice guys.
