Salisbury #47 of top 50 Adventure Towns..Mayors plan worked.

I was on the city website and saw that Salisbury was ranked #47 of 50 in adventure towns, and i have to give credit to the mayor for the accomplishment. The adventure starts over on railroad avenue at about 10pm fri night and the trail ends on Smith Street on Saturday night. The adventure is to walk by yourself down either of those areas and not get robbed or killed. Im hearing plans are in the works to move up the list next year by annexing booth street and the indian reservation and adding them to the tour. Great job Mayor.

Reservation isn't bad, I used to play bball there all the time, and I'm a white kid who comes from a wealthy family. No one ever gave me problems. You've got to be kidding me.

It's not the reservation that is bad, its the surrounding area. Booth St, West Road at Olivia St, where there used to be a substation, I might add. Rose St, Tangier St, etc. The reservation gets thrown in there because it's on the West Side.

I can not believe people all of you people and you Joe act like Salisbury is a total ghetto. You people obviously do not know what a ghetto is. Salisbury is far from a ghetto. And to say Salisbury is on the list of top 10 worst cities is absurd.

You must live in Nithsdale. Call me and I'd be happy to show you the real Salisbury. I'll be sure we get a Police Escort too. I'll show you ghetto.

lol you are completely ridiculous. You do not even know what the ghetto is. You make out to be like people are getting shot everyday. I'd be fine walking the streets of Salisbury with you Joe, but i do not think it will be necessary for a police escort. But you probably could use one, considering the people that actually live in Salisbury do not like you.

Maybe we can write to whoever did the rankings and tell them some of the adventures mentioned on this blog. I can not believe Smallsberrie would be on the top 50 list in the country for adventure? Give me a break---how many towns were entered---5o?
