Tuesday is a big day for Delmarva. I'm not sure why Fruitland scheduled a Forum on Tuesday night, the same time Congressional Candidates will be holding a Debate at SU at 7:00 PM. Nevertheless, there are 5 Candidates running for City Council in Fruitland. There's no way I'm going to miss the Debate at Holloway Hall and I doubt there's a single contributor from Salisbury News that would be willing to go to Fruitland instead, so we may just have to rely on information from some of you on their event.
Mark came to my Office last week because he had heard conflicting things about Joe Albero and was man enough to come to my Office and sit down and get to know me. My hat is tipped to him for doing so and my statement to him was that I felt his connection with Mark Dumeyer, (IMO) was going to hurt him. While he stated Mark was only an acquaintance, he stated he knew his Girlfriend better.
Mr. Miciotto seemed to be a nice enough guy but I truly don't know him well enough to voice an opinion yet, so I'll leave that up to the residents of Fruitland to voice their own opinions here.

If nothing else, it says something about the man's character that he'd go right to the source to make up his mind. Also, it shows initiative that he took that step.

He is a phony and had another motive than the one he used. He is trying to get something for nothing and think the ones who don't know him as the a$$hole and snake that he is will think he is all that. He was forced into retirement by the State because of the suits of discrimnation and sexual harassment against him. He was a snitch for the Police until he got involved with the druggies like Kimble, who is with WCDC. I know what I am talking about. I worked with him. I would rather trust the Devil than trust him.
Take a good look at the man he'd lie to get what he wants. If you think Salisbury's mayor is out for what her own agenda this man is her evil twin. Did he tell you about his garage that doubles as a hobby only to keep him from getting fined?

I would think twice before opening my door to this character. I agree wit hthese people Joe, he is trying to get something from you. He probably thinks he can buddy up to you so the nasty comments won't get published. I know you won't be fooled and if this is his intention, you will slam him 10X as hard.
I've known Mark for over a decade.
I worked under him at ECI for 7 yrs. There is a lot I can say about him. For one he doesn't bend under presure. If it's right it's right, if it's wrong, it's wrong. Don't waist your time trying
to change his opinion. He wont.
Others may, and most likely will say, you cant trust him he's a backstabber. Those will be the ones that ended up on the Wrong side. I'll trust him with my eyes closed, and have.

He's done nothing but complain since his huge loss two years ago. Does he plan to complain and campaign the rest of his life? If I were him, which I'm glad I'm not, I'd put forth a better effort into my son's future. Maybe it's his wish Like Father, Like Son.
One thing for sure, once you are a city official no matter what title that may be you end up making someone upset. There is no way possible in making everyone happy at the same time.
Mark was made to leave ECI because of sexual harasment charges look into that Joe. Do not associate yourself with him he is a low down snake who is out for his own benefits. He also left WCDC twice the second time because of his desease...women....

Miciotto was having free work done by city employees a couple of years ago, he was trying to have his choice for top cop installed and he did try to have Rich Tull arrested - in general, he was trying to change Fruitland into Miciottoville, which is just south of the Gulags...
Miciotto's son has been into legal trouble more than once, so I guess the apple doesn't...

Like I said, you will hear a lot of negative stuff. None of which can be backed up or proven by any of these Anonymous bloggers. I've check the judicial records. Nothing there. If this man is as bad as these accusations, why hasn't anyone pressed charges? Get to know this man you'll find I'm right and Anonymous are just the ones that lost when they backed the wrong horse.
