Cards are available at the Government Office Building, the Health Department, the Civic Center, the Salvation Army, Family Connection Centers, the Hazel Youth Center and the Library. Ms. Brewster added that, “We would be delighted to provide a card display for any other organizations that want to participate.”

I used to work at one of the pharmacy's listed there and we found that sometime the cash price that the pharmacy offers discounted is cheaper than what you would receive with the card. I'm not sure about all pharmacies however the one I worked at usually dicounted medications for those people who didn't have insurance or the product wasn't covered. If you have insurance don't cancel it or use this card instead because it doesn't discount significantly in a lot of cases. We had a lot of confused customers!!! It may be helpful to some people but those that used in where I worked it was usually not! So i would ask your pharmacy the best cash price first then have htem run in on the discount card.
