Not only has Mr Hardin been banned, his office paddlocked. As to Major Mopey, is he another puppett? Another question to Mopey would be why he has direct supervision over his live-in. Not only supervision, made sure she got a plum assignment. A direct violation of county policy and detention center regulations. Well rank does have priveledge. Some are just ranker than others and the stink is getting stronger.
Well one thing is for certain, we know,we the people, can trust the County Executive to step up and tell us what is going on at the Detention Center.
Oops, I forgot it will be handled as a personnel matter and not discussed publicly.

He was hand picked by Head of House Hold when his other asshole investigator retired.
Nobody in the administration is above corruption. Shockley had to swear that she didn't use any embezzled money to post a couple million dollars in bail to get her husband out of jail.
There is a sergeant there that currently has a husband being housed in another jail.
A co was caught with welfare fraud and was promoted to the mail room instead of being fired.
Officers have married inmates and are still allowed to work there.
One just recently got pregnant by an inmate and was dismissed.
The chief of security, Col Young, was dismissed due to inappropriate relations with the females and was terminated without going through the proper channels which led his wife to come into power next to the top instead of her earning the position in order to keep a lawsuit away.
Unless Rick Pollitt goes in and cleans house without making any accusations at all, it will remain a good-ole-boy setup. He could easily solve this by instituting a policy that would make it mandatory for all positions to be tenure limited.
Ultimately, who is accountable for not filling the chief of security position for 2 years? Does the county council even know what is really needed at the jail?
You'll dangle a new, third acorn in your trousers before the DT gains a concept of appropriate journalism...and I didn't even have a grudge against them until a couple weeks ago. I would say they are retarded, but that population is even capable of learning basic stuff-DT certainly isn't.

Funny how things like this happen. Asst. Warden Shockley was accussed of misaporation of funds, found to be guilty then allowed to pay back the money with no repercustions. Remember some years ago when Shockleys husband was accusing then Asst. Director Devenyns of racism for an out of context comment, which by the way wasn't true. He was convicted of federal charges for bank fraud. You should see the house he built before he was convicted.
I guess Shockley knows where the bodies are buried is why she is allowed to retain her job.

Good ole 3D did make the statement that he now says he was misquoted on. I have the offical press release made to the DT by the County Information Officer. Just another example of 3D misleading his people. The current Warden of St. Marys County from where 3D came from said "Devenyns did two things for our Department. 1. He always made budget even though his officers suffered. 2. He left.
These comments do not speak well for his former boss. If 3D wishes to set the record straight he should tell his officers himself instead of hiding in his office and having a lacky to speak for him.
Did I hear right, that Thomas Kimball was Security Chief at WCDC? Because this mess is right up his alley. That is when he was at ECI he was constantly involved in under handed dealings. He was always under investigation for some of the things, and more, that are being posted about WCDC. Baltimore kept him protected and it got so blantent that he retired. Before he was locked up.
Well all we need to do is bring back good ole John Welsh he was the man you either loved him or hated him but he backed his officers to the end because he knew without a good staff he would not have a job. Devenyns on the other hand is a worthless peice of vial dog crap...There are employees who do not know what he looks like or have ever met him. Welsh made sure he knew all of his staff and cared about thier treatment. All Dougy wants is a piece of ass in the noontime hour over his desk while the Deputy Director walks in and catches him in a compromising position (Pants Down again). With his before mentioned "Head" Nurse (Jean Murry).Maybe his wife should make him wear a chasity belt to work so he can actually get work done.
The Internal Investigator gets the boot because Devenyns is pissed he investigated him so what isn't that his job no matter what the allegation.
Devenyns is nothing more then a sexual predator in a suit given a position he abuses daily and gets his rocks off.
I cannot believe his wife does not have a clue as many trips as he takes he has to come home with lipstick on his collar...
I do believe it is time for the Detention Center to fall under the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Lewis will clean house!!
Wake up County Council and do what is right.

I work their and have been there for just long enough to see we have hiarchy (Seargents,Cheif of security) to name a few, that would rather see an inmate get justice instead of your correctional officer which does not look good on that officer or officers as a whole. This jail has just fallen into the pit and is a big joke. Inmates love to come back cause they know that they'll get their way. Devenyns, Shockley rid em all!!!!!!!!!!!! they must goooooo!!!!!
