Firehouse expo is open to anyone and everyone. Its no different than going to Ocean City for the convention. So clarify your story and say someone invited you to tag along.

Can you check into getting some kind of filler for those special cracks in the concrete floors....I seem to remember Shanie making a comment about "looking at all the good things about the new firehouse" instead of picking it apart. Maybe there is a special substance that can both fix the floor and give her a clue.
