Is this fine upstanding citizen any relation to Nate Moss?

Anonymous said...

Any why are we worried about profiling? #1 male....there's a surprise!

The sad statistics are as they appear. I'm not trying to appear racist but look at the stats. What percentage of Wicomico County residents are A/A. What percentage of all murders committed in Wicomico County were committed by A/A's in the past 12 months. There must be a reason for the disproportionate statistics. What do you think the reasons are?

I arrested Nate Moss Jr. (born in 1950) in the pool hall at Booth and West for felonious possession, possession of Handgun by convicted felon, etc, in 1996. I charged him federally in conjunction with the ATF under the "Disarm Program" which gauranteed 15 years no parole upon conviction. (This was 10 years before "Exile" was an itch in Davis' pants.) He was convicted and sentenced to 10 years. 18 months later he was sitting on Sanita Savages front porch in the booth st. projects with an electronic ankle bracelet slinging dope as hard as he could go. How that for truth in sentencing? Anyway, a short time before that his son, Nate Moss III, shot Fats in the face with a
.25 pistol in that same pool hall and his Dad cleaned up the blood. Seems like the Moss's are living up to the family name.

Seems like Exile is just as effective as Disarm was.

OMG Grandad-I recognize the name Nate or Nathaniel Moss NOT because I know him,but because his name is in the court briefs like EVERY other week-He is in court all the time but never does serious time or he wouldnt be re-offending weekly.

What a fine prosecutor we have?

How is it possible that someone with so much "history" is walking amongst us? What's wrong with our system? What can be done to fix it? I'm just a simple person...try to take care of my family, go to my job every day, pay my TAXES, vote whenever there's an election. What can we do to make our world a safer place to live? This guy killed just a short distance from my home, which, by design, isn't near the "bad areas" of SBY.
WHAT CAN I DO TO AFFECT CHANGE?

This guy looks pretty scary! Would hate to run into him in a back alley!

Totmom,

For the male offspring of Nate Moss born in 1050 - it seems the only way to keep society safe from this group used to be reserved for use by La Familia of Philly. You know. Single small caliber gunshot to the back of the head and buried in the pine barrens in a shallow grave. It would save the taxpayers a bunch too. Just kidding folks - don't get your panties in a knot.

Hey Grandad, i noticed that he was just arrested May 7 for poss w/intent. It never ceases to amaze me that these guys keep doing crime after crime but never do the time. WAKE UP AMERICA, PUT THEIR AZZES IN THE PEN!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

These clowns dont fear the pen. Going to jail is like old home day for them. In fact, many of them live better in jail than they do on the streets. Junkies go to jail with a drug habit, come out fat, happy and drug free. Six months later, they are right back in there with a brand new drug habit. Bring back capital punishment and use it.

Hang EM!! Bet he's not paying child support to the five women i see mentioned in his list of criminal acts! That leaves it up to me and you to pay for the welfare!! Our system just ain't working!!

Anonymous said...

Hang him? Hang the parents. At some point parents need to be responsible for the upbringing of their children. The problem is they are not and look what they produce. Look at his fathers rap sheet.

Anonymous said...

I've seen him down on Walnut Tree Road.

Anonymous said...

Nate moss is away for life! A local SPD officer arrested him and was able to get him convicted on federal charges!, But yeas, this is his big brother!

Anonymous said...

It is not just the prosecution, it's what happens after. In the state prison you are serving less than half of the sentence you were given. County jail is 1/2 to 3/4 the time. make the prisioners build more jails, make prison harder, make them not want to go back. Maybe we need to sheriff from maricopa county to come make the jails in maryland not a easier place then life outside. Up to us as voters.

Gee let's think about this, someone who is charged criminally over and over and does no serious jail time. Do you think he's smart enough to be an informant for the Task Force-get out of criminal charges and have the monoply on dealing drugs at the same time by turning in the competition???

Anonymous said...

This paticular crime disgusts me I am still trying to take in the fact that thugs can just leave someone in cold blood and think they are "hard". Apparently killing someone with the use of a handgun is "hard". Anyone with opposable thumbs can murder someone. You hear all this nonsense in the hip hop culture today about how killing someone and slinging drugs makes you hardcore. If you really cannot get through one day without violence they have military where you get to shoot people without any jailtime and its for a good cause. You also have MMA (mixed martial arts) where you get paid to beat the living hell out of someone else. Yes I completely agree with parenting is the issue. But why is it so hard for someone to get through their thick head that you learn from mistakes. If your parents committed a mass amount of crimes and spent nearly your entire life in jail making it impossible to build a relationship with them wouldn't you want to make a better life for yourself. I mean obviously drug dealing does not work as a career. Frank Lucas even got caught, the best of the best. Not to diss on Frank, I myself believe he was a genius with what he did, he made drug dealing his own little enterprise. We all need to take a look at reality shooting people and dealing drugs might seem hardcore at the time the consequences of it are basically you have to be babysat for the rest of your life. So how does that make you harcore when you have to take a huge step back in your life and be babysat. Only elders and infants should be babysat so if you dont fall under that category why would you resort to something that if you get caught that exact category is now you. Why can't we all go back to what it used to be, working hard any gaining experience to be successful.
