Boy oh boy, I just can't tell who Barrie Tilghman is any more. At least in the Real Estate Industry they FORCE you to use a current photo of yourself or you get fined.
I wonder where the Daily Times got that Glamour Shot of Barrie and how long ago it was?

They do not force you to use a current pic in the RE industry...have you seen some of those photos of the seasoned agents from 20 years ago and then see them in person today..who are they kidding

She's been using that same picture for years now! You know the one! it's the one where she looks like Virginia Hey, The Warrior Woman from Mad Max 2 "The Road Warrior"! i'm not sure about the "laws", but she's wearing that photo of herself out!
Not just one billboard, but they're everywhere! And, you're right, she's at least 15 years younger than in reality. Do you suppose a buyer would rather deal with a young person than an experienced real estate agent? I'd hope not. Just like a mayor, you'd rather have someone with experience and good judgment, right? Oops. I went too far.
Funny how the Times will use that nicer campaign photo of Barrie Tilghman from 2005, but it continues to use the crappy one they took of Debbie Campbell from when she filed to run in 2005. They have the newer pictures of Campbell, because they were using them for awhile and I recognize the difference.
But for all these "get Debbie Campbell" articles they've been doing, they are using the less flattering one.

Practicing your 'photo' face is a skill left unspoken.
Trying to get a good photo that the subject is happy with is often the most difficult of tasks.
Good candid photo's that the subject is also happy with is nearly impossible.
Here's what I want to know. If Mayor Tilghman thinks she has grounds for a lawsuit against Joe for what he said about her in this blog, what does she think about Debbie Campbell's chances of winning a lawsuit against Richard Insley? After all, Insley has publically accused Mrs Campbell of perjury, a serious crime for which there are serious penalties. Unfortunately for Mr Insley, there was another witness to Insley's racist comments, so his charge is patently false. His offense is far more serious than anything Joe may have insinuated about the mayor--Insley directly accused Mrs Campbell of criminal activity. So now Mayor Tilghman has a known liar as the head of one of her boards. Does she fire him? We cannot let this go, folks. We have finally got irrefutable evidence about the bad behavior of these people. Insley needs to be removed from his position. Do not let up the heat on this. Te newspaper has not followed up on this, so we need to keep it in the public eye.

How many women have you ever known that actually like the photo's that have been taken of them?
What I was trying to say is...
It's hard to get a good photo of a woman. If you like it; she will hate it, and not everyone is photogenic so most photo's really don't do a person justice.
To 2:02 -- good comment -- Insley is a scumbag who has no business being in that position. It may be unfortunate for him that there's another witness, but that's truly fortunate for the citizens of Salisbury (except Barrie and her "Scheme Team" of Bubba, Louweasel and Shanie).
If you have to "practice" your photo you might be an ass face. And if you might be an ass face, step one is realizing you have a problem....some of the ugliest women I know compensate by having a pleasing personality, wit, negotiation, compromise and such. Something to think about.

Anon 7:41 P.M.--Hey, how can we all resist poking fun at Barrie. She is sooooooooo goofy, spins like a top and acts spacey all the time now.
Those photos show the Albero-effect on her insufferable face. It clearly shows the strain of being brought under the microscope.
Even in her press conference this week she looked positively horrid. She must get a personal groomer.
I think you will be much more effective at exposing corruption if you concentrate on the CORRUPTION! What are you doing? You are giving regular people a reason to "not take you seriously". Why are you doing this? You are excellent at investigation. Do your job Joe. You appointed yourself to the job, you are good at it, now just do it. If the next mayor is ugly but honest and trustworthy - wouldn't we all be happy?
I admire the honorable mayor Barrie Tilghman. She is always the lady and never reacts to the verbal abuse that Joe gives on his opinionated and sick-minded blog. Joe needs more psychological sessions so he can get a real liferather than running all around the county and sticking his nose in everybody's business. I wonder why no one has cut it off for him.He mut have bodyguards.Keep your chin up Barrie. He will wear out soon and go into hibernation with the bears.

What planet do you live on? The Mare is a foul mouthed ego maniac. The language that she uses when mad is nasty. And she gets mad often. Ask anyone who works near her office. There isn't an honorable bone in her body. Wake Up!
I still have been blown away by the "grooming" comment. Until then I thought she was most properly countered by petitioning to the legislature in Annapolis. I had never considered my best option for relief was through the humane society!!
Look at that picture with the pencil neck and the big fat waterhead.
When your life comes to an end Joe, what will people remember about you? Will the comments be nice or not so kind statements made? When you look at tombstones ,you see the date of birth and date of death. The dash in between is what you have done, what contribution you have made to your family, your community,etc. All christian people want this dash or time interval to consist of precious memories that people have of them. I wish you would now think, listen and give attention on the kind of memories people will remember of good old Joe Albero.
