Oasis Car Wash Finally Opens

After years of lingering around, the Oasis Car Wash has finally opened up for business and people are actually using the self service portion of the facility already.

The Mayor mentioned something might be happening in the near future with this location when she was at the Democratic Club Meeting recently. She also said it was about time.

It took as long as it did because the owner, Neil Hitchcock is a sniveling con man who owes most people in Worcester County, as well as his prime contractors on the job. I know for a fact that one of his contractors wouldn't get a final inspection till they got paid. Neil gave them the run around till he scammed some other poor fool into fronting him the money.

Mark this comment, that property will be in foreclosure or tax sale within a year.

DO NOT ENTER INTO CONTRACTS OR LOAN NEIL HITCHCOCK MONEY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Neil Hitchcock (the owner) owes everyone is Worcester and Wicomico County money, and couldn't get the job finished. His sub contractors wouldn't pull final permits, because he kept giving them the run around regarding payments.

NEIL HITCHCOCK IS A CROOK, SCAMMER, AND WILL BE FORECLOSED ON WITHIN A YEAR. MARK MY WORDS, DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS DEAL WITH HIM, YOU WILL BE BURNED!

I wouldn't doubt that it took as long as it did from start to finish, because Neil Hitchcock (owner) didn't have enough money for the project. On top of that, he owes everyone and their brother money.

If any of you have used Maryland Judiciary Case search, you can look up his name and find many different cases on him and his many different companies.

Currently he has:

Foreclosure on ORE, LLC. (some property in Worcester County evidently.) The amount of: $1,386,691.70

A judgement from Chesapeake Bank of Maryland for the car wash in Seaford. That judgement is for:
$1,257,141.85

A contract case with Suntrust Bank on the car wash in Ocean City.

If you look this up, you will see this is all PUBLIC information. Evidently, if you enter into a contract with him you will be burned or never paid!

If you google his name, it's apparent that he is the president of the International Car Wash Association. How scary is that?
