As I was turning onto Memory Garden Road yesterday, this guy was flying past me in the right lane, driving backwards and doing 30+ mph! I turned onto Memory Garden Road and he just kept on going. Is there are Bar around that area I didn't know about?

Now Joe haven't you ever lost all the forward gears in a TH350 Transmission and had to drive home backwards! :)
It might be a volunteer farmin from Hebron going to a call drunk.

Doesn't surprise me. Hebron's far cheef is the biggest drunk and everyone knows it.
One of these days the county is going to pay for this problem.
