Waiting For Summer

This photo was taken this morning by a friend of mine. It was on Ayres Creek off Assateague Road.

I was just thinking this morning that I'll be glad when it gets warm, we have longer days and more sunlight to shake off the winter time blues.

the sun shines through a bedroom window every day it's sunny. i take a chair there & make myself just sit for a half an hour. try this. it's amazing how much better and warm you can feel in the dead of winter.

OMG, this is like a beautiful painting.

Your detractors can say what they want about you.

But you obviously appreciate beauty, nature and serenity.

Thank you and your friend for sharing this.

This is a very well done image. When a picture can bring up feeling or inspire thoughts it has accomplished its mission. I can just picture the shed doors open with fishing gear spilling out and the boat drifting peacefully near shore and a happy owner waiting for a bite.
