While Frank knew he had made a huge mistake and wrote a letter apologizing for what he had done, yesterday was his day in Court. Frank was represented by none other than Hadley, (Charles Jannace).
For some odd reason, the State Trooper asked Frank to remove everything from his pockets in the Court Room and they held it for him. However, Frank claims when he did so, ("I've never heard of a State Trooper taking your wallet and money clip," said Frank White) he claims to have had $357.00 in the money clip and when he got it back there was only $157.00 in it. Did I mention Charles Jannace was his Attorney?
Nevertheless, Frank received probation before judgment, no conviction for 18 months and he must take an alcohol class. The charges and story you read in the Tilghman Times is not accurate. Frank said, "They screwed up the whole story and she was sitting right there."
Charles Jannace said, "He has been a friend for 12 years, and it is humbling for me to be here today." WHOOPS, Charles Jannace forgot to mention that Frank White was ALSO a Business Partner in a Cigar Shop in Princess Anne. Can you say, conflict of interest? Yes, allegedly there is still money owed to Mr. Jannace for the business loan and Charles can't be paid if Frank is in Jail. Now that's NOT Frank's fault, mind you.

Since when do State Troopers do Court security in Wicomico County? That duty is held by the Sheriff's Office.
Why did he feel the need to carry that much cash into court in the 1st place?Dont people have checkbooks anymore?
sounds like a highly qualified candidate for the salisbury City council. Certainly can't keep money straight.
Joe:
Frank White is like the 'Bill Clinton' of the Eastern Shore.
He is such a truly like-able guy that no matter what he does, people don't care and they still like him.
Frank is a man who is willing to admit being human and making a mistake, hence the guilty plea and willingness to take his lumps for what he did.
I have no idea about the cash or why someone would take your cash going into a courtroom, I have had my cell phone and pocket knife held by Deputies but never had them ask to hold my wallet or cash.
Carrying an extra couple hundred bucks in cash to court is a good idea, you never know if you are going to get hit with a fine or fees and they want cash or to lock you up...
I hope Frank does not mind being compared to Bill Clinton, but its a lot better than trying to condemn him for standing up, being a man, saying I was wrong and I'm sorry.
A lot of people could learn something from his example.
Good for you Frank White, sorry to see you get nailed and please don't drive with a buzz...
Frank's a liar. MSP doesn't do court security. This isn't the first brush ol Frnkie has had with the law...see his days back in Boss Hoggville.
