Deadbeat Fathers are about the biggest scumbags on earth and far too often they get away with way too much. Their excuses are never ending and the majority don't want to pay their Child Support because the Mother of the children is with someone else. They then claim she's NOT spending it ALL on the kids and they never understand or recognize there is overhead while raising those children.
Nevertheless, the WCSO Deputy was on patrol in the area of Jersey Road and Keene Ave in Salisbury when he observed a T-Bird with MD Tags failing to dim his headlamps when passing oncoming vehicles.
The Deputy stopped the car and contacted the driver, 51 year old scumbag Bernard Moore of Salisbury. A check on Moore's driver's license revealed that his privileges was suspended due to CHILD SUPPORT NON-COMPLIANCE!
The Deputy placed Moore under arrest and released him to WCDC Central Booking to be seen by a District Court Commissioner. Now THAT'S Keepin It Real! God Bless DFC Brannan!

Joe is a scumbag and a dead beat father also. He cant even raise his own children and keep them out of the court system!
My Child Support payments were $2,759.58 per month and I never missed a beat. My Ex Wife NEVER sat at the mailbox waiting for a monthly check from me, NEVER!
So to call me a deadbeat Father is bullshit. Never happened.

Will the citizens of Salisbury vote for a dead beat dad as mayor in 2009? Let us not forget he is also a piss poor manager of money having filed bankruptcy and he is an adulterer as well.

Ironic that a department famous for wrecking homes arrests a man for not paying child support. Next thing you know an spd officer is going to charge someone for lying!
