Fire In Delmar Right Now

Since I don't want to be called a Fire Chaser, I chose not to go to this fire on Virginia & Pine Street in the Woodlawn Subdivision.

However, I will say that the sirens in Delmar, Hebrom and Mardela have been going off for at least 15 minutes before this Fire Truck from Hebron passed by my home. Hopefully all is well and everyone is OK. Be safe!

Just to let you know . Mardela had a seperate call as well as Sharptown just minutes before the fire was reported as well as Delmar was already going to Laurel for house fire. So Joe you can not go by how long the sirens have been going as to the amount of time it takes for an engine to respond. also FYI Salisbury Sta 2 was also alerted for the house fire in Delmar that was upgraded from a stove fire as first reported.

Thanks for the update. My Wife and I were out with the horses this morning and kept hearing the sirens going off. Makes sense now. Hope everyone is OK.

Yes, that's right. SAFE responses must be made within a reasonable speed limit; there's a price no matter what side of the mouth you speak from.
