The material you have posted is from a recent analysis made by a private consulting firm for the U. S. Conference of Mayors that rated the impact of the situation in the housing market and industry among the various metro statistical areas. It indicated that relative to its size, the Salisbury area is among the most impacted. The study was released several weeks ago, but has not been mentioned in the Daily Times as far as I'm aware.
What a shame that Mr. Duvall is wasting everyone's time on this nonsense, while letting things like Pollitt's latest game plan for spending more and killing the tax cap (announced in today's newspaper) go without any coverage.
Happy New Year (but things sure don't look very good, do they)!

I have deleted his link sorry to say. I really used to read his blog first every morning. Nothing personal, I just don't find it as interesting as it used to be.
