This is such a tragic loss. I wonder if some of those homes shouldn't be condemned before they turn into horrific burial places for their inhabitants. Maybe that wasn't the case here, but there are many old dwellings in the city that need a serious consideration.
I knew this young man well. It breaks my heart knowing their families have to go through this. My sympathies and deepest condolences go out to the families of all concerned.
