What You Won't Read In The Daily Times
Are you aware of the ash being used in the landfills from Power Plants is also a contributing factor to the pollution of the Bay (include the Wicomico River - since Wicomico uses ash from Indian River power plant)? This ash contains metals and other contaminates that did not burn. Also do any of the Green Idiots realize the Rivers in Pennsylvania empty into the top of the Bay and that is where the Bay begin dying not in the middle where we are located. I hear nothing about the Chromium Plant, (that was where the Inner Harbor is now) cleaning up their pollution or paying fines when they closed and moved out of State. With these facts how can the Farmer be blamed?

The Chesapeake Bay has long been the septic system of the Susquehanna River. Proof that shit does trickle down hill!
"FLY ASH" as it's called by some is the major fill used under the parking lots of both WalMart and Sams Club and the Inner Harbor is a cesspool and the factories occupied the entire Harbor area. These sites have not been identified in the media I read. (Including the Sun)
I worked on the site of the north end Walmart, we did not use any fly ash at all, its all fill dirt and CR-6. However, we did haul a mess of fly ash up to Dover when they were building the bypass. That crap is hard on your lungs and hard on a truck.
