Poor Shanie Shields. She's subjected every two weeks to sit for 2 hours in these Council Meetings trying to stay awake. It seems any more recently that it is a race between Shanie Shields & John Pick, who's going to fall asleep first?

Maybe Shanie needs her rest so she can have the energy for her next rambling diatribe.
she's been busy attending library meetings(where's the reports of those?) and apparently advertising the haloween wkend in the downtown berry.
Such funny photos of our Shanie...but this is exactly what she does best--nothing! What a gal--Salisbury should be so proud. She eats and sleeps, eats and sleeps.
