Joe the owners of that building have been working at repairs for the past 10 years, they must also be milking the town of Delmar for money. The building that is in worse condition is the building on the corner near the bank intersection. I used to know who owned it years ago, but have forgotten. That one hit a snag because the owner wanted to convert into apartments and the town wouldn't allow it because of lack of parking. I wonder how the old theatre will handle the parking situation.
