It has been noted by several respected people who have spoken with Bill Reddish asking him why he refuses to interview Joe Albero and Bill's reply is, all Joe wants to do is talk about Zoo issues.
First of all Mr. Reddish, you and I have "never" spoken a word so how do you know what I will and won't talk about? Secondly, it is very well known that Jim Rapp and Bill Reddish are Buddies and based on the documents above it is VERY clear Bill is in fact afraid the truth will get out about Jim Rapp as well as the fact that Ron Alessi knows who he has been dealing with for many, many years now and has done absolutely nothing towards the safety of the animals and or children visiting the Salisbury Zoo.
I believe the deposition paperwork above will very clearly spell out just who Jim Rapp is and just how far the Mayor, Ron Alessi and others will go to cover up the mess they truly have on their hands. Might I also add that Ron Alessi called my wife a disgruntled employee who's lawsuit had no credibility. Folks, you read the documents above and you decide if there was any credibility. Do remember this is the man who also states he'd rather handle things like a gentleman.
As for Bill Reddish, I have tons of documents just like this to back up just how bad things are at the Salisbury Zoo involving Jim Rapp, Carrie Samis and Ron Alessi. I guess if I were in your shoes I'd be afraid of Joe Albero as well. However, you have a job to do and in my personal opinion protecting a guy like Jim Rapp puts you in the same category as Barrie Tilghman and Ron Alessi. What say you now Bill? Bill Reddish was also trying to coax Charles Jannace into stating part of his platform to run for County Executive had to do with the Zoo. You couldn't be further than the truth there Bill Reddish and based on that you lost all my respect towards your credibility. I've heard you numerous times trying to do this same thing with Debbie Campbell yet she's far to smart for your game.
The bigger question however is, Ron Alessi covered all these things up and supported Jim Rapp 100%. Is this the man you want as County Executive? Ron has no rebuttal to this whatsoever because the public wasn't supposed to be privy to this information, until now. Can you now see why PACE doesn't want someone like Charles Jannace in a debate with Ron Alessi?

This is disgusting and Jim Rapp should have been fired on the spot. There are, however, worse things that have happend to people around here than that. You should not still be suffering from this incident. See my blog for real suffering.

It's the animals that are truly suffering, not us.
In my case innocent children are suffering. As for the whole Rapp deal, the amazing things is that he does something so bazaar and the ones that expose him are looked upon as having a vendetta. I can understand wanting someone to do the right thing, but around here that doesn't matter. Is the public safe at the Zoo?
Well, I'm a-hopin' Mr. A. and Mr. Reddish can find a way to find common ground. They're both outspoken fellas, so that may have somethin' t'do with it.
But on most stuff, they sure are on the same side.
Ratchet it down a notch, boys, and I'll bet ya can come t'gether. And then look our world, the two o' you'd knock the world's socks off.
How 'bout it, Mr. A.? Ya think ya can find a way to make good with Mr. Reddish? May be a more a matter o' style than substance, if'n ya dig at it. I could believe Mr. Reddish bein' loyal t'friends, but not so loyal as t'put the real issues aside.

I'm just telling you like it is. I have no real beef with Bill and quite frankly I think he is one of the best things that has happened to the Eastern Shore. However, that doesn't make him perfect and for some reason he has chosen to protect someone who admits to doing some very wrong things. If Bill wants to read these things and see for himself that he's protecting a pretty sick man, so be it. However, he'll do so in the public eye from here on out as well as Barrie Tilghman and Ron Alessi.
Ron Alessi is NOT the man you think he is! Barrie Tilghman needs Ron Alessi to win so things can continue the way she's been running things. Yes Folks, it's that important to her. Ron will salvage whatever Barrie wants him to. Charles Jannace will do what's right for the COUNTY and not revolve everything around City issues. Charles Jannace is taking the difficult road while everyeone else pampers and fluffs things to say what you want to hear. That will NOT fix things and that's all there is to it. Bill Reddish need to give Charles a fair interview tomorrow and after this post I believe that will in fact happen. No more games.

I agree with ya, that he's the media cat's meow, with what he's exposed. I gotta wonder, though, if'n he's really close t'Rapp. Ya got any evidence o' that? Or maybe it's just bein' a couple o' forceful guys, you two ain't givin' the other fella an ear.
I'm a thinkin' you two can work it out. I still say it's more about style than substance, and I think ya both got plenty o' substance.

UNBELIEVABLE!! What decent respectable city would allow someone like this to be in charge of anything? I had heard of these disgusting acts but to read them in black and white straight from a court reporters transcript is sobering. Ronald G. Alessi, Sr.—Chairman of the zoo commission should be held accountable.

That's a loaded question. You see, to someone like Barrie Tilghman, this turns her on! She'd sign his paycheck any day of the week and remember, she too supported Jim Rapp publicly 100% too!
Then again, this is also the woman who gets turned on by not wearing a bra on televised events, not once but twice. This is a woman who calls a Press Conference because she's been told she's a waste of good sperm.
Maybe if the rest of us were a part of the Key Club we'd understand this kind of mentality but until then I'm happy I don't understand.
This is the ultimate "good ole boy" syndrome where it doesn't matter that Jim Rapp is immoral, perverted, and immature... he's a FOB and one of the good ole boys. That's why Charles Jannace has my full support! We need an anti-politician to bring some reality back into Wicomico County.
