Is there a building permit posted on the property or doesn't he need one since he's an fob?

As for the Jaycees . . . They held at least once held of their Haunted House's there!!! There were dancers from D'Ann Dance there performing THRILLER! It was a good one and I worked every night . . . back in the good old days. . . when Salisbury was a good place to live . . .
