With color copiers and laminating machines so easily accessaible today, who's to say these are real?
Is there a standard in their looks as well? I happen to know people that make copies of these tags and use them, (as I mentioned in another post). There are plenty of people out there taking advantage of them, what do we do about it?
Do we suck it up when we see a 20 year old kid pulling into a handicap spot and running into the store? Do we accept the two young 15 year old kids riding around Sam's Club in these carts because they're obese?
Don't shoot the messenger here folks.

Why are you so afraid to say who it is? Most of us do not frequent that location, so we're clueless.
