Trends show concern over FBI investigation into Democrat US presidential candidate
Twitter users are more interested in the potential of a Hillary Clinton indictment than the first Chicago Cubs World Series victory in over a century.
The Thursday after The Cubs scored a historic World Series win turning the tide on a 108-year curse, over 80 thousand people tweeted about it, according to metrics shared by Twitter in their trending section.
But with over 124K tweets as of 12PM Central, the hashtag#HillaryIndictment dominated the trending landscape, meaning more people were talking about the FBI’s renewed investigation into the former secretary of state’s use of private email servers.
Interest in the Democrat presidential candidate’s email case spiked despite the Cubs’ World Series game being the most-watched baseball game in the past 25 years, with over 40 million viewers tuning in.

Hillary Clinton Goes Off On Bill Clinton Is A Rapist Protester
The Democratic nominee had just started speaking at her third rally of the day in Delvoe Memorial Park in Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday when a man in the crowd stood and waved a neon green sign in the air and yelled, “Bill Clinton is a rapist!”
Clinton — about three minutes into her speech — jabbed her finger at the man and began shouting.
“You know, I am sick and tired of the negative, dark, divisive, dangerous behavior of people who support Donald Trump,” Clinton said. “It is time for us to say, ‘No! We are not going backwards. We are going forward into a brighter future.’”

Outlier or Harbinger? Pennsylvania Poll Shows Trump Up by One Percent
A poll from the Auto Alliance and Entertainment Software Association (ESA) finds Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump ahead of Hillary Clinton by one percentage point in the key swing state of Pennsylvania.
The Auto Alliance polls roughly 5,000 car owners every month. Pollsters collected 175 responses each day in six states, conducting surveys on every night except for Fridays and Saturdays, for the presidential and Senate races.
In Pennsylvania, they found Trump leading Clinton by one percentage point in a three-day rolling poll.

WikiLeaks: Peter Kadzik Leaked Email Investigation Intel to Hillary Clinton Campaign
Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik shared information about the congressional investigation of Hillary Clinton with his friend John Podesta, according to new emails revealed by WikiLeaks.
“There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails,” he flagged in an email to Podesta onMay 19, 2015, with the subject line, “Heads up.”
Kadzik also updated Podesta on a FOIA case on Clinton’s emails.
“Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails,” he said.
Podesta forwarded the information to several campaign aides.
“Additional chances for mischief,” he warned.

Hillary’s huge scandal list explodes to 25
Does America really want 2 Clintons back in White House?
(Editor’s note: This list was originally published in May 2015. Since then, WND has been updating it regularly with new developments in the Clinton scandals. The list has gone viral on the web and is more relevant than ever as American voters cast their ballots for the nation’s next president on Election Day.)
When it comes to the Clintons, it’s been said there are two standards of justice: One for them and another for the rest of us.
Yes, it seems almost daily, Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton proves that America’s laws are for little people. The Clintons have survived at least 25 explosive scandals – and the list grows by the day.
As WND has reported, the Clintons brought a load of baggage with them into the White House from their days in Arkansas.
After the Clintons moved into the presidential mansion, the political scandals multiplied – from use of the IRS and FBI to target political opponents to stalking and harassing subjects of Bill Clinton’s sexual advances and even attempts to loot taxpayer-funded items from the White House and State Department. Americans also witnessed capers such as Travelgate, Chinagate, Filegate and Pardongate.
Bill Clinton’s sexual escapades and subsequent impeachment by the U.S. House of Representatives on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice consumed more than a year of American public life and bitterly divided the nation.
In the years since the memorable Clinton presidency, Hillary has brought America Emailgate, the Benghazi scandal, the “Clinton U” scam and scandals involving the Clinton Foundation, among others.
Now, it’s Hillary’s “turn” to be president, according to her Democrat supporters.

DC Attorney: FBI Agents Working To Expose Top DOJ Officials
Agents within the Federal Bureau of Investigation want to take down the personnel at the top of the Justice Department, according to a former D.C. based U.S. Justice attorney.
“Just think of the FBI as the Vietcong. That’s what they are. They are digging tunnels under the Justice Department. They are going to sink that place,” Washington attorney Joe DiGenova told The Daily Caller Thursday.
DiGenova, who has bureau sources close to the FBI investigation, named Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kaznick, Assistant Attorney General John P. Carlin, and Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell as senior level staff at DOJ have who have “done something that they are going to regret.”
FBI agents pushed forward, against the wishes of the Justice Department and without the support of bureau leadership, to investigate the Clinton Foundation, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

A Hillary Clinton Indictment Is Coming
Doesn’t it seem like most of us are collectively holding our breath as we wait to see what will happen with this election?
We are now only a handful of days away from election day and the polls have really tightened up, there are unprecedented concerns about post-election violence, and the Democratic nominee for president could be indicted literally any day now. The American people are going to be absolutely shocked when the FBI finally reveals what they have discovered regarding Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified materials, corruption at the Clinton Foundation, and other “stomach churning” matters that normally aren’t topics of polite conversation. Without a doubt, a Hillary Clinton indictment is coming. The only question now is when it will happen.
The moment that FBI Director James Comey sent his letter to Congress, he knew that someone’s head was going on the chopping block. If Hillary Clinton does not get indicted, Comey’s career is over and there is a very good chance that he will be going to prison instead. There is no way that he would have ever put himself on the line like this if extremely powerful evidence had not already been found against Clinton.

INSIDER: FBI UNCOVERED CLINTON CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE ON WEINER’S PC
Patriots in government turning against Hillary
The FBI reportedly found evidence of treason, money laundering and connections to child exploitation – including the infamous Lolita Express – on Anthony Weiner’s home computer, says former federal prosecutor Doug Hagmann.
“It involves Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin, and Bill Clinton as well as Jeffrey Epstein,” Hagmann said on The Alex Jones Show Wednesday. “According to my source, these files exist – he did not touch these files so he doesn’t know what’s in them, but the fact that they exist on this computer suggest some sort of overlap here.”
“It involves the Saudis, very big money and interests in the Middle East, and it involves Hillary, Huma, and to a much lesser extent Anthony Weiner.”

Obama talks about himself 207 times in 84 minutes - while campaigning for Hillary
Even while campaigning for somebody else, Barack Obama can’t help but talk about himself.
During two appearances for Hillary Clinton on Thursday, the president referred to himself a total of 207 times — 110 in Miami and 97 in Jacksonville, Florida.
“Now, I have to say that I’ve been going to some college campuses and I realize that eight years ago some of you were ten,” Obama said during roughly 43-minute speech at Florida International University.
He then went on to defend his own record on the economy, energy and Obamacare.
“Can I just say I was driving through North Carolina yesterday and we passed by a gas station … and I noticed gas at $1.99.”
“Thanks, Obama,” he said, echoing someone in the audience.
During the Miami speech, he mentioned himself 30 times before talking about Hillary Clinton.

Smoking a pack per day causes 150 mutations in every lung cell, research shows
LONDON – Scientists have found that smoking a pack a day of cigarettes can cause 150 damaging changes to a smoker's lung cells each year.
The findings come from a study of the devastating genetic damage, or mutations, caused by smoking in various organs in the body.
Publishing in the journal Science on Thursday, the researchers said the findings show a direct link between the number of cigarettes smoked in a lifetime and the number of mutations in the DNA of cancerous tumors.
The highest mutation rates were seen in lung cancers, but tumors in other parts of the body - including the bladder, liver and throat - also had smoking-associated mutations, they said. This explains why smoking also causes many other types of cancer beside lung cancer.
Smoking kills six million people a year worldwide and, if current trends continue, the World Health Organization predicts more than 1 billion tobacco-related deaths this century.

Independents leaning toward Trump in polls after FBI furor erupts
WASHINGTON The furor over the FBI probe of Hillary Clinton’s emails is helping Donald Trump among independent voters in key swing states.
In Wisconsin, a state that for months has been seen as safe Democratic turf, a new Marquette Law School poll released Wednesday found a shift in independent voters’ views. Many moved toward Trump after the FBI said Friday it was again probing Clinton’s use of a private email system for government business.
In Florida, a new CNN/ORC survey of Florida voters had Clinton up 2 and Quinnipiac had her up 1. Trump was leading among independent voters, 46-40, Quinnipiac found.
In Pennsylvania, Quinnipiac gave Clinton a 4-point edge, while CNN/ORC had her up 5.Clinton was ahead by 4 with independent voters, Quinnpiac said.
In North Carolina, Trump was up 45-38 among independents, Quinnpiac said. Clinton led overall by 3. Quinnipiac’s polls were conducted Thursday through Tuesday.
In Wisconsin, among independent voters, Clinton was up by 7 over Trump on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday, Trump jumped to a 10 point advantage, then back to 8 in Saturday through Monday interviews.

Email: Hillary Clinton Asked If Anthony Weiner Could Help Deliver Secure Cell Phone
NEW YORK — In an email released by the State Department on Thursday, Hillary Clinton asked senior aide Huma Abedin whether a trusted staff member working for Abedin’s husband, Anthony Weiner, could deliver a secure cell phone to Clinton.
The August 2, 2010 exchange seems to evidence the close links between Clinton, Abedin and Weiner six years before the disgraced former Congressman found himself at the center of Clinton’s current email woes.
In the correspondence, Clinton and Abedin discuss the possibility of sending a secure cell phone by FedEx.
“OK I will (redacted) just fedex secure cell phone from dc. Anthony leaving office to bring me to airport now so hopefully will make it just in time,” Abedin wrote to Clinton.
Clinton replied the same day, “Maybe one of Anthony’s trusted staff could deliver secure phone?”

North Carolina's 'Bathroom Bill' Has Flushed Away $600 Million In Business And Could Dash Governor's Re-election Hopes
The fate of North Carolina’s controversial HB2 hangs in the balance of Tuesday’s election. The ‘Bathroom Bill’ is the colloquial, if crude, name for the state’s law that has cost the state at least $630 million in lost business since March, according to FORBES’ estimates. And that number could go even higher.
The law requires citizens to use the public facility that corresponds with their ‘biological’ gender. This edict aligns with the antiquated idea that gender is a binary construct, inherently marginalizing transgender people. The Justice Department has sued the state to overturn the law.
Fans of HB2 are few, yet its defenders are staunch. Governor Pat McCrory has doubled and even tripled down on the embattled legislation while it remains a topic of jest for late night comedians and a source of pain for NC business.
Executives, economists and residents (and relocated Tar Heels like myself) are eager to see if North Carolina will retain incumbent McCrory or if Attorney General Roy Cooper will take office and set the state on a more progressive and inclusive path. Cooper says he would work with the legislature to repeal HB2–an action many have rallied for. The state’s Commerce Secretary doesn’t think he’d be able to overturn it with a majority Republican legislature.
President Obama visited the state yesterday and told rally attendees “the fate of the republic rests on your shoulders.”

Passed Out With Beer In Car
OCEAN CITY — An Ocean City man was arrested on drunk-driving and other charges last weekend after resort police found him sleeping behind the wheel at an intersection with a bottle of beer still in his hand.
Around 9:45 p.m. last Friday, an Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) officer responded to the area of 27thStreet and Philadelphia Avenue for a reported male passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. The officer responded and observed a Jeep Cherokee at the stop sign on westbound 27th Street facing Philadelphia Ave. for several minutes.
The officer noted the Jeep was blocking the free passage of the roadway and there was no traffic on Philadelphia Ave. that prohibited the vehicle from entering the intersection. The officer approached the vehicle and discovered the driver, later identified as Stephen Sawka, 54, of Ocean City, asleep behind the wheel with a bottle of beer in his hand.

Bret Baier: FBI Sources Believe Clinton Foundation Case Moving Towards "Likely an Indictment"
Fox News Channel's Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information in these two short clips:
1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.
2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.
3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton's secret server on Anthony Weiner's laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.
4. Sources within the FBI have told Baier that an indictment is "likely" in the case of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation, "barring some obstruction in some way" from the Justice Department.

"Something Big Is Underway On All Fronts"
As of this writing, the increased U.S. troop presence in Eastern Europe includes a battalion-sized element of American troops being emplaced in the Suwalki Gap, Polish territory that borders Lithuania in a 60-mile stretch of corridor. The Russian Defense Ministry announced that 600 Russian and Belarussian airborne troops conducted training exercises in Brest, on the Belorussian-Polish border only a few miles from where the U.S. forces are deploying in Poland. This on the heels of Britain deploying 800 men, tanks, and jets to Estonia, along with pledges of Challenger 2 tanks, APC’s (Armored Personnel Carriers), and drones. Two companies of French and Danish Soldiers will join the British in the deployment to Estonia.
For the first time since 1945, Norway has violated its treaty with Russia (then the Soviet Union) not to station foreign troops on its soil. A company of U.S. Marines will soon be stationed for a 6-month deployment in Norway. The situation is heating up in Ukraine, according to a report on fort-russ.com entitled Ukraine Moves Massive Force up to Lugansk Frontline, published October 28, 2016. The report reveals the Ukrainian Army is deploying 3,500 soldiers and 200 armored vehicles of the 15thMotorized Infantry Brigade to Krasny Oktyabr in the district of Lugansk in Eastern Ukraine. For the first time in history, Romanian airspace is being patrolled by the RAF (Royal Air Force) of Britain.

Report: Absentee Ballots Stolen, Forged in One Florida County
Fraudsters stole and forged signatures on five absentee ballots in one Florida county, leading some victims to say they won’t vote by mail again.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that a few voters in Seminole County thought their absentee ballots were taking too long to arrive in the mail:
By mid-October, Susan Halperin became concerned that she and her husband hadn’t received their absentee ballots in the mail.
So Lawrence Halperin called the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office to find out what was going on. He was stunned to learn their ballots had already been cast. Someone had stolen the Halperins’ ballots, faked their signatures and voted.
“He was just floored,” said Susan Halperin, a registered Democrat. “To think that someone would actually steal my ballot and fill it out is creepy.”
