Second- republicans are in charge of the senate and the white house so the nomination should go through as it has 17 other times in history.

I have had cancer and know people who have died from it and at the end there is no way in Hell the person dying is worrying about an election or who is going to be appointed to a court. I’m sure ACB will run right out and do whatever they say. The woman is just impressive in every way, very accomplished, and so perfect that the democrats have no place to go on her nomination. Trump held her for this in the hopes he would have an opportunity to nominate her. Now, despite whatever happens with the election, Trump’s lasting legacy will be a complete remake of the liberal courts, something his predecessor neglected to ensure.

5:06 - you may be correct, but remember that there are literally hundreds of lower court judges that the President has installed. The liberal logic wheel won’t be able to reverse that, and it will cost the democrats severely. Just think - the Democrats potentially control everything, but never will be able to accomplish much as you can guarantee the Republicans will challenge every issue in court
