There is no doubt it was self defense. There are videos out there showing him being attacked and only when he was attacked did he defend himself Anyone who claims otherwise is a liar

You think his attorney would say anything otherwise, this is "news" or "surprising" to anyone?
I think there is obvious evidence that he acted in self defense in a video available, I think it is fuzzy on the details on what happened before then. I give him the benefit of the doubt, but reserve judgement until all of the information comes out in the case.
Remember, this attorney is presenting one side of the case. We should reserve judgement until all evidence is presented.
Still was an extremely poor decision for him to be there...put politely.
