After months of speculation, and countless acts of violence and destruction conducted in George Floyd’s name, new court filings from the defense of fired Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin shed some light on how they plan on going to trial.
The filings reveal some of the arguments that might have lead to Floyd’s death, which they believe will also exonerate their client.
They plan to show a history of George Floyd’s criminal activity, including a felony conviction for an armed home invasion robbery in Texas and, and will point out Floyd was hospitalized for a drug overdose in May 2019.

We already know he was a common criminal. Just give the police decent representation.

Enough of the nonsense. Our country needs to get back to sixties style policing
2:56 - "Stop and Frisk" actually worked in NYC! They stopped all colors then too...
Meehhhhhh, it don't mean nothing, not a thing. Two different incidents to the peaceful ones.
This is why Narcan should be banned.
He was a walking corpse but it’s law enforcement fault?
Obviously a victim of white privilege

Blacks will claim it is because there is hardly an honest decent black alive.
What does that have to do with a cop putting his knees on his back and neck for 8 minutes?

Northwest Woodsman: I didn’t pay much attention to the fate of Floyd because the negro scenarios in cases like this are all the same and come from their Marxist overlords communist playbook. They claim racism at every turn and now the term is meaningless. If they were to critically examine their status in this country, they would find that they are better off than those in many other countries and their rates of success is only limited to their intellectual abilities. When you start with an average IQ of 75, you can not expect to become the CEO of a major corporation.
