The disappearance of a North Carolina man whose vehicle was found in Virginia this week is being investigated as a homicide, according to media reports.
The Raleigh Police Department suspects foul play is involved in the disappearance of Andy Banks, 39, of Raleigh, who was last seen Saturday when he told friends he was going to show an SUV he was selling.
The 2011 silver Range Rover was found Monday in Danville, Va. Authorities arrested Justin Fernando Merritt, 34, on Tuesday, accusing him of stealing the vehicle.
He faces charges of robbery, car theft and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Banks posted a Craigslist ad to sell the car and told friends he was meeting a potential buyer over the weekend.
Banks has still not been found.
Merritt used a gun to threaten Banks and steal the SUV, according to court documents obtained by WTVD-TV. No charges have been filed against Merritt in connection to a homicide.

Whelp, did a quick search online and found out what I already knew. "Justin Fernando Merritt" is an A.A., no surprise here!
Anytime I look on Craigs List or FB Marketplace and see it is posted by an A.A. I keep on scrolling. I won't even sell to someone who is an A.A. for just this reason. No, I am not racist, I am being smart and staying alive. If anything I am not being screwed over by not dealing with them. Change my mind!

People are so freaking stupid. Anytime you're dealing with a BLACK. You do the opposite of what they want you to do. Actually. Anytime I'm in any situation with any black. I shut it down. I see them behind the counter making food? I walk. I see them in a car dealership? I Walk. I don't deal with any of them. In both of these case's. If they'd had just walked away?? They found his body near Danville VA earlier this afternoon. RIP.

DO NOT sell or buy from any blacks on Craigslist. This is not something new. Make sure you talk to the person so you can tell. Everything that is good like Craigslist blacks will mess it up just like they mess everything they ever get their hands on Many blacks have made careers out of robbing people from Craigslist None are to be trusted until like MLK said you can judge them on the content of their character. When they are strangers you can't.
