A Texas man has been arrested and charged with capital murder after allegedly storming into his ex-girlfriend's apartment and shooting her dead as she lay in bed with her four-year-old daughter.
Kimberly Robinson, a 28-year-old mother-of-five from Houston, was killed in the July 17 shooting. Her youngest daughter, Harmony, suffered injuries after being struck by shrapnel.
Robinson's four other children were downstairs at the time of the domestic attack.
