So I think the people that want to defund and disband police sign a waiver, and the police honor their wishes and when called refuse to go. Anyone without a waiver will be serviced as normal. Let's see how many people want this crap then. Then the noise will shut down, and this includes congress

They aren't going to have to worry about defunding and getting rid of the police. The police have already stopped policing in many areas. Baltimore City for example. The black on black crime is unbelievable high. If you are black and you live in a black neighborhood you ARE going to be a victim of a crime. It's not if it's when due to no police presence. The black on black murder rate in Baltimore broke and continues now to break previous years record since the riots there. It is not a win win situation for BLM or whoever to demonize the police. It only causes the black bodies to pile up killed at the hands of other blacks. This is a proven fact. For their own good they need to think long and hard about protesting and step back and let the justice system handle things.
This is exactly what all these riots will leave behind in their wake no more cities no more stores, no police, just rats 2 legged and 4 legged. They will have to leave their communities in search of drug stores, grocery stores, and urgent purchases now you all can travel outside the home area you once lived in--fair justice just like Ferguson after the riots they were complaining how fast was everything going to get rebuilt. Stupidity repeats itself and you and your Governors and Mayors deserve it. Are you listening Jake?
So what's their replacement plan for the police 12:56? Not blm I damn sure hope. Oh, and your liberalism is being exposed.
