Anybody who knows about Police training knows when this individual turned violent he increased the threat to Police and they followed their training.

From watching this and other videos, I do not see any excessive or unreasonable use of force. He fought, disarmed an officer of his taser, fled, turned and shot the taser at the officer and then got shot. The accused escalated the situation, not the officers. Had the officers been incapacitated from the taser, they could have easily been disarmed of their firearm. I hope they are exonerated if any civil, criminal or internal charges are sought.
Weird how they say he pointed the taser at the cops so they had to shoot him yet he was shot in the back twice...
Love the cops and hate the riots, but he didn't need to shoot him. Like Biden said - "shoot him in the leg." I wouldn't have done that though either.

2:54 PM - Even if he had hit the officer with the taser and incapacitated him, there was another officer on scene with another taser and gun. Once the taser was fired off it was completely harmless, the threat of bodily injury to the officer no longer existed. It's also much easier to watch a playback without the adrenaline pumping and make the correct calls. The end result is that another person is dead at the hands of those sworn to protect and serve. When our police are granted deadly force they cannot make mistakes when these situations arise. I fully support the police however am sickened when I see them flying down Rt 50 well over the speed limit or setting up a revenue generator instead of driving the speed limit in traffic. Makes me wonder what other laws don't apply to them.
Actually he turned and shot the tazer at the cops FACE. Can you imagine the injury of getting tazed in the face??
