"So many of those people taking office use this money to create a class of people who are running these cities, and now after 50 years of liberal Democrats running the inner cities, where we have all of these inequities that we have, race is being used as a ruse, as a means of deflecting attention away from critical questions such as why are poor blacks failing in systems run by their own people?"

Very true. The democrats are the racists. The democrat party is the party of epidemic racism. They just hide it in plain sight. Take any city where the democrats are the majority elected to offices. The minority neighborhoods are war zones. The minority schools are the lowest performing and dangerous. The minority neighborhoods trash everywhere and rat infested. The democrat officials allow this in the minority neighborhoods. In the white areas the schools would never be allowed to fail. The trash is picked up by the city immediately and rats trapped in the white neighborhoods immediately. The democrats have not ever done blacks any favors.

I really like it when Biden stands up there and talks about "systemic racist" and how we have to do something about it. This guy has been in politics/government for 47 years. Don't you think that if anybody is responsible for "systemic racist" it would be the guy who has been there the longest. And he has helped pass some of these laws like "three strikes and you're out." Freakin hypocrite. Then he talks trash about President Trump and he has only been in office for 3 years and had to fight you guys for every day of it.
