A man and woman were shot dead in broad daylight in New York City by a gunman wearing a blonde wig and trench coat.
According to the New York Post, the shooter fired more than 20 rounds outside of 551 Van Siclen Avenue around 12.38pm on Saturday.
Chioteke Thompson, 23, and Stephanie Perkins, 39, were identified as the victims by sources who also told the newspaper that Thompson was shot once in the face and Perkins hit once in the back.

I guess the shooter was Black?? How do I know?? They didn't report who they are looking for. If it were a white it would have been the first word in the story.
