I can't imagine the flood insurance cost after the third time in 5 years of massive flooding.
Why would anyone want to live there?? Just one problem after another. It's called infrastructure people. FIX IT!!

News flash water runs down hill
Our family lived there back in 1972. For about a year. we went thru 2 major floods then. One ruined our entire neighborhoods basements and people were rescued off roof tops at night.
It's a bad situation they can't fix. Same thing still happening 50 years later.
Problem is, they fix one area and flood another. No good way.
News flash. No shit. But it can run down hill without destroying everything Einstein. I hope you're not an Engineer. Cause you DUMB.
Never buy property that is in the flood plain. If you do I don't feel sorry for you.
