No, the businesses that were successful and run like a business, not already on the verge of closure, will be just fine.

Makes sense. MD has a law dealing with no open containers, beer, in your vehicle and now this is allowed, open container of cocktails. Proves Meehan and the OCPD is not doing their job because of the "elite".

Which "elite" person owns this business?

Businesses in ocean city will not go under, they will figure out a way to open and I really don't blame anyone who has a business to try and find a loophole somewhere. This staying closed is ridiculous to me. People die every day whether it be, flu, cancer, heart failure, stroke or whatever and staying closed is not going to stop that

This is no answer. Who the hell wants take out drinks? It's not like ordering a pizza. I go to the bars to meet people and hang out. If I am not getting that I will just go to the liquor store and buy the ingredients for 25% of the cost. Silly, just silly.

cops are going to have field day arresting people with open containers in car

What can go wrong selling drinks to go?

Exactly

Not true. Most successful businesses don't have much cash on hand. Borrowing power yes but not cash. This because in order to keep the business successful you must constantly upgrade for not only customer appeal but to keep up with trends. Hotels/motels being an example.
