Nothing. The government is allowing take out drinks. However you can not sit at tables and consume it. You have to drink it on the way home...

Hell with the tacos, I'm going for the other stuff.

Its not in a mason jar?? What a bunch of baloney. Talk about adding costs to do business.

If it was me I would be putting drinks in ziplock bags.

So what is wrong with the picture? I don't get it.

Have taken out food and drinks numerous of times there with drinks being firmly sealed in a stapled bag. I don’t see the issue

Why are you attacking my business. We aren't even in your state. We follow Delaware code not Maryland

That’s the Delaware location and it’s just a picture. The Mushrush are nice people what’s your beef?

He’s just trying to be an asshole for no reason

This restaurant isn’t on coastal highway it’s in route 54 Fenwick island. The one in OC serves factory sealed bottles only. Are you talking about the one in OC?

First, it's Delaware. Second, how would a sealed drink pic be appealing? Third, customers are not even allowed in the restaurant and you can't drink in your car. Looks right to me.

Are you stupid... its put in a clear cup so you can see the drink for the photo. It doesn't get sent out like that. Must not have anything better to do with your time. I feel bad for the people stuck with you in quarantine Karen.

The Alcohol is sealed up in a cup container with lid and extra supports to seal it. And there’s nothing against the rules in Deleware about selling sealed alcoholic beverages. It’s their business to sell quality food and drinks to the local area which is what their doing. It’s not their job however to make sure your drinking at home, you should have the common sense of an adult old enough to buy alcohol. As far as you being under the impression that they think their better than any business around here is moronic. Keep trying to spread that fake bs your spewing, it ain’t working.
