Government agents seized $181,500 in cash at airport and won't give it back

A Florida trucking company is suing two federal agencies, saying agents seized $181,500 in cash at Tampa International Airport and won't give it back.

The federal lawsuit filed by FGL Transport, Inc., and owners Scott Smith and Michael Rozenberg asks the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, along with agency officials, to return the money, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

The lawsuit claims that in September, the company gave employee Boris Nulman $191,500 and a plane ticket to Cleveland to purchase several big trucks. When the cash in Nulman's carry-on bag went through a Transportation Security Administration scanner, the agents pulled it aside for an inspection.

It's a tax issue. The government cannot collect sales tax on the purchase,so it's illegal for a citizen to transport cash over $10,000 anywhere.

FGL Transport, Inc.?

That's interesting. The bubble gum country group that wants the government to take your guns in Florida Georgia Line and they go by FGL. I wonder if there is a connection? If so I hope they don't get their money back.

Most normal people pay with a check or credit so carrying this much cash is very suspicious.

Cops and agents love asking about cash. Most of it never makes it to evidence. When it does it is seldom the original amount. The biggest gangs in the country wear a uniform. Stop civil asset forfeiture!

That is just plain theft and they say the victim is guilty until proven innocent. That's not the America I fought for.

They used to have this saying "innocent until proven guilty". At least we aren't wasting tax dollars with useless judges and juries anymore.

You fought for the military industrial complex, a for-profit corporate conglomerate of monopolies in weapon making. They are the biggest lobby in DC and finance many campaigns. Some Congresspeople probably could not get elected without them.

They include Raytheon, Martin Marietta, General Electric, Halliburton, so on.

You fought for them.
They seize natural resources (steal) from other countries and sell them to other massive corporations.
Read Smedley Butler's writings.

Everything the US Government does now is corrupt and immoral.
It is a very secretive and evil corporation in its own right.
Protected from immunity, possessing the power to tax wages, enforce Statutory Laws against the people, and rig elections to maintain a power puppet elite.

Time to learn the truth

Agreed it is time for some among us to wake up and see the real world. There is way more hidden that is hugely important, than there is revealed on MSM. Gulf of Tonkin was staged.
Pearl Harbor was allowed to happen
911 was an inside job

So on
