This is what it has come too here. That is a small dwelling for one family. It has two entrances WTF is it two studio apartments?
Look at what those cheap a$$es did when they renovated that shack, they were too cheap to put in a new window. They wanted to save $200.

It says multi-family. It's a duplex. They are great for people living alone or a retired couple.
