The Justice Department has opened an investigation into whether former FBI Director James Comey illegally leaked classified information to the media regarding the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server, according to a new report.
The active investigation centers on media leaks to the New York Times and the Washington Post in early 2017, describing a secret Russian document that played a role in the Clinton investigation, people familiar with the matter told the Times.
In 2016, Dutch intelligence hacked Russian computers and obtained the document, which they shared with the FBI.

Why are they doing an investigation when they already know and they know He has committed crimes and have done nothing to him that holds him responsible.
Comey should be arrested for high crimes and misdemeanors. He was the top cop and knows better (or should). McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Lynch, Yates, and Hillary's girls are next.
"Doing an investigation" makes it look like they're doing something, even though we all know they are not.
"We're working on it."
He did exactly what he was told to do.

The entire government is corrupt.
The elites now have so much money, and the power to print it from thin air.
With that money comes power.

Investigating for years, guilty for years. Time for some jail time and quit blowing smoke about investigating.
