Hunter Biden, the youngest son of former Vice President and 2020 Democrat Joe Biden, must appear in court after violating court orders to turn over financial documents as part of a paternity case, an Arkansas judge said.
On Monday, Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer approved an “Order to Appear and Show Cause,” which was filed into the court record on Tuesday due to the state’s courts being closed on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. “The one-sentence order was prepared by Clinton and Jennifer Lancaster, attorneys for Lunden Alexis Roberts, the mother of Biden’s 16-month-old child,” notes the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
In May, Roberts, a 28-year-old stripper, filed a lawsuit against Biden, alleging that he is the father of her 16-month-old baby — a fact since confirmed by DNA testing and affirmed by the judge in the case — and requested that he pay child support. Further, Roberts has asked him to cover her lawyer fees.

Northwest Woodsman: I love the way the media portrays her as a “stripper”. My guess is that they want to diminish her as a victim to this Biden predator and hope some sympathy will go his way. We know that the media is having trouble toning down this situation because they don’t want it to rub off on good old daddy Biden and effect his campaign. I still see that disgusting creep feeling up little girls and sticking his nose in the hair of women stupid enough to attend one of his functions. If I was a betting man, I'd bet Hunter DOES NOT show up at court due to a "medical" issue. He will be like Harvey and will suddenly have to use a walker. Or he will be checked in to a rehab unit somewhere, maybe out of country. or out of state. It's why there are sleazebag lawyers. For exorbitant fees, they will tell the court any lie for you, and call it a defense. It's what they do. Lawyers have no obligation to present the truth to the court. Truth is for the judge and jury to sort out. When the lawyer's client is guilty, a lawyer's job is to keep the truth from the jurists.
