Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), apparently under the impression that he controls the Senate and can dictate the parameters of President Donald Trump’s upcoming impeachment trial, issued a list of Democrat “demands” to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other leading Republicans, outlining witnesses, evidence, and testimony he would like presented, as well as proposed timeline for proceedings.
Schumer sent the three-page letter to McConnell late Sunday, ostensibly to maximize visibility and capture headlines Monday morning, and to coincide with an appearance on CNN.
In his remarks, Schumer called the impeachment trial a “bipartisan” effort and suggested that Republicans and Democrats should work together for a mutually beneficial trial scenario.

That's what McConnell said too, 11:14.
He should get all the consideration for his demands that the Democrat Majority gave to the minority in the House, which is NONE. As the Dems pointed out, the majority runs the show, and the minority be damned. Schumer doesn't have any way to "demand" anything from Republicans in the Senate. They are running this show now. Too bad crybaby.
Just tell him that since all witnesses available could not name a crime that POTUS committed, there will be no trial in the Senate to worry over. DISMISSED!

Proof again the Democrats are continuing their coop / Communistic takeover.
The Senate doesn't investigate only evaluates and votes . This is DOA and schumer knows it ! He wants the senate to try and do what the house dems could not which is make a viable case for impeachment.
What gets me is that all these bumps spoke out against what they have done when they were protecting Clinton during his impeachment. AND the fact that Schumer, Pelosi, and that fat slob Nadler are still in their positions almost 20 years later. That speaks volumes about the need for term limits.
