A Minnesota Muslim who alleged she was made to strip and remove her hijab for a traffic violation booking photo has received a $120,000 settlement.
Aida Shyef Al-Kadi, 57, of St. Louis Park, appeared with her attorneys at the Minneapolis headquarters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations to announce the payout on Tuesday.
Al-Kadi said her treatment at the Ramsey County jail in August 2013 was 'one of the most humiliating and harmful experiences' of her life.
'I knew that I did not want any other Muslim woman to experience what I did,' she said.

And her lawyer got 40% Of that !
BS.
Fake story...her lawyer only got 33.3%.
Our Country,Our Rules! Follow them or Leave!
Would we be okay with cops forcing a nun to remove her habit?
So she could have a weapon under her headdress and it would be ok. She could then kill a Correctional Officer and it would be ok? Jails and prisons have security rules that apply to all. You break the law you get arrested and jailed then you are subject to all security rules. If you don't like it return to your Country of origin or of your political belief.

I don't know of any nuns that strap explosive belts on under their habits.
When your daughter is strip searched for a traffic violation I’ll be listening for your cheers.
She should Not get shhht !!! She has to do what the hell she
is ordered to do in JAIL , just like everybody else, & she is
not entitled to any special treatments !!! Period
Govt needs to get some backbone !!!!
She shouldn't get one nickel!
IN Jail > Jail Rules/Laws apply !!!
They tell you to strip > You do it , or they will do it for you !!
Does that mean it isn't possible 333
