"Today will be remembered as the day your House Democrat majority voted to impeach President @realDonaldTrump for a crime they couldn’t find and a case they couldn’t prove." Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC)
As a staunch conservative I love them all; Democrats have done it by setting a very dangerous precedent; no President from now on will be able to govern without the fear of impeachment looming for something as simple as passing gas.
7:39 as a staunch conservative, you were quick to impeach Clinton for far less. “Oh, he tried to hide an affair like any other person would!! He must fry!” God forbid it was something that affected the nation
I didn’t. The Senate did. Same as they’re expected to do with Trump. It’s laughable you want it both ways. Pick a position on impeachment & stick to it.
Which affair was Slick Willy trying to hide? Jeez, there were so many I lost count. Maybe if he took out bin Laden after the the first WTC bombing, we wouldn't have the 9-11. So, yes, that effected the nation. He should of been replaced. Anybody else getting BJ on the job would of been fired.
It is a felony to ask a foreign country or national to interfere in a U.S. election.
It was one of the highest fears of the founding fathers, and it is an impeachable offense.
It is an abuse of power for the president to use his office for personal gain or profit.
These facts are indisputable. Here is a brief summary of a few of the facts.
It is fact that Trump with held approved aid to the Ukraine in exchange for a meeting at the White House and it is fact that it was contingent on announcement into investigations into a debunked conspiracy theory, in an attempt to hurt a political rival. It is a fact that aid was released to the Ukraine in 2017 and 2018 while no pressure for investigations into conspiracy theories were contingent. It is fact that this was only asked for when Biden entered the political race and began winning in the polls. It is a fact that the Ukraine was aware the funding had been held. It is a fact that when the White House became aware of the Whistle Blower report on 9/9, it then released aid on 9/11. It is fact that the foreign liaisons that testified that Trump was involved in wrongdoing in Ukraine were appointed by Trump. It is fact that the White House simply said "NO", and stonewalled all subpoenas for documents and testimony. The consensus of the majority of scholars on the Constitution, Impeachment, and the founding fathers overwhelmingly say what Trump did is impeachable.
To turn a blind eye to this is to willfully ignore it, and it is mostly due to purely partisan reasons, and likely do to the fact that MOST people did not watch all of the hearings, and are merely parroting what their news entertainment source told them to think.
