I always press the prompt to get to a live person and try to keep them on the phone for a long time. They are paying for the call.
Ask them which of your cars are they calling about and they will say something like "I don't have your records right in front of me" Then tell them it must be the 1987 Yugo.
7:35 A lot of times when I get an annoying call I tell the caller I'm very interested then tell them to hang on for a minute someone is at my door,then I go back watching TV.
