Campus Security / Police should handle these issues promptly! This is an issue at EVERY College Campus across the U.S.
Any woman that goes to her car in a parking lot after dark would be very foolish to go alone.

NO SAFE PLACE IN REAL LIFE
They've made visitor parking a hassle. The visitor parking spaces and signs are unchanged, so they're raking in the cash from visitors who don't know the rules have changed and have no way of knowing until they're ticketed.
A handicapped friend recently parked in a handicap parking spot and got a ticket. She is a paid, frequent user of an on-campus facility and was never warned about the change.
You can not even go to Chick Fil A there without getting a ticket. It is very obvious that they only care about making money through parking violations to visitors of the campus.
The shopping center where Chipotle and little Caesar pizza is, is ridiculous. Very hard to find a parking spot in there because of college kids using this area.
Put in a f ing bike lane
That'll fix it.
