Once again too many projects started and just stopped. I would like to know if the 1st contractors for Main Street Salisbury were ever paid as promised by Jake Day that the delivery and removal to the landfill would be paid by the city? Since then things have crawled to a stop what happened did subsequent contractors quit for non payment as well? JAKE WE ARE NOT THE 2ND INNER HARBOR, YOU HAVE MADE US THE 2ND CHICAGO.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's not in the city. I'd in Fruitland town limits.
If they had enough sense to take a soil sample before they started, it would have saved a lot of time.
