Maryland will end up being like CT and NJ. Taxpayers will start leaving for states that don't believe in taxation without representation.

Why are you complaining? YOU are the cause of this. Raise hell with them and march on the capitol. Let them know this is not wanted and you want it stopped. You complain on here, which will do you no good. Grow a pair and let them know you are disgusted with this law and that you DO NOT want your taxes to go to trash like this. Email, phone call, text, twitter,etc. I am letting them know this is not wanted, They just cannot spend our tax money on this garbage. It will not stop until WE stop it.
