Four police cars were damaged after hundreds of teens and young adults assembled in North Philadelphia Sunday night. The police department put out a citywide assist call for all available officers just before 11:30 p.m. for reports of a massive crowd of young people gathered near the intersection of N. Sydenham and W. Jefferson Streets.
“Anywhere from 800 to 1,000. There were a lot of young adults out here tonight,” said Chief Inspector Joel Dales.
A man named Aaron who was there said it started out as a regular cookout right around 5 or 6 p.m., but that things escalated by nightfall when several people shared the location on Snapchat.
“They had a tent with a DJ popped up and everything like that. They had alcohol, jungle juice going up, but honestly, obviously, I didn’t set it up but there was a lot of really, really young children here that probably shouldn’t have been messing around with any of this,” said Aaron, who withheld his last name.

"Cookout" in North Philadelphia, what could go wrong?
As we have seen with riots in recent years the teens families will then cry for protection, and forgiveness and want those very cops to protect them when they call 911. They need to imagine what life would be like if no one answered their calls.

Northwest Woodsman: Can we just be honest and instead of describing them as teens or youths, we just call them blacks? All of us out here in middle America already know the truth, so the ethnically owned press is trying to cover for using them as surrogate warriors against us and it is rapidly reaching a point where all tolerance is expended. Then the real bloodshed will begin. If you can refute my stance here, feel free to decline publishing my comment!
Welp lets see. I hardly believe when a college town full of white teens trashes cars over a championship due we equate their actions with all whites. Kimd of hard to see how you make the leap here of tying teen actions to all blacks. But maybe thats just me talking crazy.
Northwest Woodsman: I realize that I am speaking in generalities, however compare the number of incidents perpetuated by blacks compared to those committed by whites, you will plainly see why I speak in generalities. Take a look at “The color of Crime”. It is a compilation of statistics from police departments across the country and is available on line. The data is combined by the FBI and they are so freaked out by the results, they combine Hispanic crime data with that of whites to raise their rates of criminal behavior so it doesn’t look quite so bad for blacks. What I am trying to convey is that you would be unlikely to find many reports of rioting or other criminal behavior involving blonde, blue eyed kids of Scandinavian descent. It is not a component of their culture. It is, however, an undeniable component of black culture that manifests itself on a daily basis.
